Feasibility of a Novel Beamforming Algorithm via Retrieving Spatial Harmonics

چکیده
This paper introduces an algorithm for beamforming systems by the aid of multidimensional harmonic retrieval (MHR). resolves problems, removes limitations sampling and provides a more robust beamformer. A new sample space is created that can be used estimating weights called spatial-harmonics beamformer (SHRB). Simulation results show SHRB has better performance, accuracy, applicability powerful eigenvalues than conventional beamformers. simple mathematical proof provided. By changing number harmonics, as degree freedom missing in beamformers, achieve optimal outputs without increasing spatial or temporal samples. We will demonstrate offers improvement 4 dB signal to noise ratio (SNR) bit error rate (BER) 10 ?4 over In case direction arrival (DOA) estimation, estimate DOA desired with SNR -25 dB, when methods cannot have acceptable response.
